Welcome to my How-To collection! This promises to be a rather interesting page. I provide support to people of many differing skill levels, and, as I write instructions for them, those documents will appear here. They will cover subjects from sending email to creating and automating document templates.
As I am a fairly advanced user of UNIX based operating systems, I occasionally document my experiences, both to assist others, and to help me when I next attempt that task. This will also be shown here.

These basic documents are for everyone! They were written for customers that needed assistance. Most of them relate to software running on various Windows versions.
These documents cover more advanced subjects. Although I have written them to make things easy to follow, their more complicated nature may require some previous knowledge.
As I use and service BSD systems, I will make notes of how to do things. These notes will be posted here. They cover many subjects of varying complexity. Most of these first appeared as posts to BSD Forums.
